The intent of this Male Nurses blog is not to divide the nursing profession between genders. The nursing profession is rewarding, yet challenging with many obstacles. Yes, nursing is a female-dominated profession. I appreciate my female colleagues and all they have done in the progression of a better profession. (kudos to my nurse-mum)
Let us use this blog as a way to promote the nursing profession to men, and to the ultimate goal of nursing becoming a non-gender bias career field.. (',')
